These are how many Sage companies you have, which allows you to view all the companies together in Decorus and keep all the financials separate in each individual Sage company.

Set reminder frequency and type (diary alert to call the tenant, send an email or SMS). These actions are shown in the Tenancy Record for full accountability.

If you need to invoice councils for Emergency Housing, this module allows you to create and send one-off benefit invoices, calculated on a nightly rate to the relevant authority.

Our online portal, handy for landlords, agents, contractors and tenants alike. Tenants can log a repair that needs seeing to, work order can be sent directly to contractors who can respond with feedback (including photos) for works carried out. Tenants have access to certain records and they can contact the landlord or agent outside of usual office hours. A very useful tool to keep your tenants informed.
