Whether it’s financial or technical support you need an extra hand with, we’ll talk you through as many aspects of our software as you’d like.

Back to Basics
To kickstart your journey with Decorus, we like to start with the basics. In this session, we run through adding the essentials – properties, contacts, and documents. This is a great place to start as it helps users get familiar with the layout of Decorus.
This session dives into the everyday processes you’ll need to manage your properties. We’ll teach you how to add jobs so you can effectively track upcoming tasks, add projects where you’ll be able to monitor and budget for larger tasks (such as refurbishments) and add diary events to help you stay on top of appointments.
In this session, we’ll walk you through managing your tenants. The training will show you how to change tenants from pending to completion, maintain a journal of tenant activities, view a tenant’s history in a timeline format, and send out correspondence. Whether you prefer to communicate in letters or electronically, we’ll demonstrate how each approach is performed. If you’re not well versed in digital correspondence, we’ll provide you with the knowledge to get started.
If you’re a landlord, we’ll show you how Decorus can keep your tenants happy and your business thriving. In this session, we’ll teach you how to create invoices in the software, create rent receipts, pay suppliers and explain the tools in the finance tab.
If you’re a letting agent, we’ll teach you how to get the most out of Decorus and keep your landlords happy. In this session, we’ll show you how to deal with landlord financials, such as creating invoices, creating statements and making payments. Our team will also demonstrate receipting and clearing rents, invoicing suppliers, making agent transfers and how to retain funds for repairs.
Training sessions are not limited to new users. If you ever need a refresher course on Decorus we’re more than happy to help. We can retrain you on adding properties, contacts, documents and creating tenancies.
